Before continuing, Ruckus Wireless recommends that you become familiar with the following terms:

T811-CM: 

T811-CM strand mount AP with integrated CM, which includes the AP and CM and 

the cable  strand interface. 

•

 

AP: 

The Wi-Fi Access Point part of the T811-CM. 

•

 

CM: 

The Cable Modem part of the T811-CM. 

•

 

CMTS: 

Cable modem termination system high speed data services equipment. 

•

 

HFC: 

Hybrid fiber coax broadband network. 

•

 

MSO: 

Multiple system operator.
