A. INSTRUCCIONS DE MUNTATGE
Muntatge
6. Start the machine by pressing the button (I) and stop it by
pressing button (O) (Fig 6).
7. Do not use the machine if the switch does not light nor if it
goes out.
8. For best mixing results always add the last part of the material
to be mixed very slowly.
9. When mixing has been completed clean the blades and drum
with water under pressure.
10. For best performance of the machine always use it on a level
surface.
11. Store the machine when not in use in a dry enclosure and out
of the reach of children.
12. Before using the machine again, examine it carefully to make
sure that it will operate correctly and is suitable for the task to
be carried out. If a protective cover or other part has been
damaged in any way it should be suitably repaired or replaced
by an authorise service technician unless other instructions are
provided in this manual.
WARNING:
The use of chemical products, solvents, etc. may affect or
damage parts of the machine. This machine is not suitable for
mixing cement or mortars with a high content in gravel or
course sand. It should not be used for mixing glues, lacquers, or

1. With the RUBIMIX mixing machine you have a valuable tool
that enables you to make homogeneous mixtures of tiling
mortar, pre-mixed cements, facing cement, grout, paints and
varnishes. Two different models are available to satisfy the
needs of all types of user:
RUBIMIX-25-N Modelfor mixing up to 25 Kg.
RUBIMIX-50-N Modelfor mixing up to 50 Kg.
2 & 3. Consult the manufacturers instructions for the exact
amount of water to be used to prepare the mixture.
RUBIMIX-25-N Fill the drum with the required amount of
water to mix 25 Kg of mortar.
Start the RUBIMIX mixer and add about 12 Kg of cement at
one time. Once this part is mixed, slowly add the rest of the
cement.
RUBIMIX-50-N Fill the drum with the required amount of
water to mix 50 Kg of mortar.
Start the RUBIMIX mixer and add one sack (25 Kg) of cement
all at once. Once the first sack is completely mixed, slowly add
the contents of the second sack (Fig 3.).
4. RUBIMIX-25-N and RUBIMIX-50-N machines are fitted with a
removable handle to enable easy packing and storage of the
machine
(Fig.4-5).
5. Once mixing has been completed disconnect the mixer from
the power supply to prevent any accidents. Before lifting the
gearbox shaft, make sure that the blades are in the position
shown (Fig. 2). The "H" handle will aid in lifting the gearbox shaft.
Aplicacions
net i ben il·luminat.

sigui inferior a 2,5 mm2.
(fig. 4).
1. The machine is equipped with a double safety system to protect
the motor against overheating and excess power consumption.
Should the machine stop for no apparent reason, it is probably
due to an overload. Wait a few minutes for the safety circuit to
rearm
itself.
2. Do not attempt to stop the machine from rotating.
3. Read these instructions carefully before operating the machine
and keep them in a safe place.
4. Disconnect the machine from the power supply before carrying
out any adjustments, servicing or maintenance work. Only use
the machine in combination with a differential circuit breaker and
with a power connection plug offering F1 protection.
5. Keep the work area clear. Untidy work areas and benches may
cause accidents.
6. Do not leave the machine exposed to bad weather conditions.
7. Do not use the machine in wet or humid sites.

in accordance with its rated design capacity.
13. Use the machine correctly and within its design limits. Do not
force a small machine to do the work corresponding to a more
powerful model. Do not use this machine for any purpose other
than what it was intended.
14. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery that could be snagged
by the moving parts of the machine. The use of slip-proof
footwear is recommended when working outside.
15. Use face masks to protect against dust whenever this is produced
by the mixing operation. Do not pull the power cord to
disconnect it from the power supply. Keep the power cord away
from sources of heat, oil and sharp edges.
16. Follow the instruction provided when changing accessories.
17. Keep all spanners and adjustment tools in a safe place.
18. Make sure the switch is in the "OFF" position when connecting
the machine to the power supply.
19. When using the machine outside. make sure all extension cords
are suitable for exterior use.
