- When it happens that saw blade is pinched by the cut material its sudden
stopping leads to reaction in the engine, which causes back movement towards
the operator.
- If turbulence of the disk occurs because of its improper installation this leads
to running of the disk teeth in the material, causing the appliance to pop back to
the operator.
- When pitching of the disk occurs or stop of cutting, you must release the
switch button and hold the circular saw fixed with the disk inside the material
until the disk fully stops.
- In the case of a restart of the disk embedded in the material you must put the
disc in the middle and check if its teeth do not touch side surfaces.
Disregard of the above symptoms leads to recoil.
Instructions for use
Changing the saw blade
- You must first disconnect the appliance from the mains
- using the wrench from the set you should unscrew the retaining bolt of the
cutter disk turning left and dismantle the bolt with the external pad of the collar.
To prevent rotation of the spindle of the circular saw you have to block it with
the blocking button present on the machine
- By moving the lever we shift the lower disk protector inn such way so that it
should hide as much as possible inside the upper protector.
- Then you should remove the old disk through the crack in the heel of the
circular saw
- You should put the new disk in position until the teeth match the arrow in the
direction indicated by it.
- We put the new disk by the heel and install it on the spindle.
Circular saw - switching on/off
Caution!
At the moment of switching the circular saw on you should hold it
with both hands. The blocking knob aims preventing the undesirable running of
the device. To moved it you should press with the thumb the blocking knob
first and then the switch. And to turn it off it is enough to push the switch only.
Blockade will be activated automatically.
Setting the cutting depth
Cutting could be adjusted within the range of 80 to 65 mm. To change the
setting, we loosen the button, then select the appropriate depth and tighten it
back again.
