Basic operation
To make a voice call
Plug the unit into the RJ45 socket provided by the network operator.
The UTS-ISDN dials using overlap signalling and so the call is connected when the last digit
has been dialled.
The display will show call progress and BRAT-1 will connect the call.
The called terminal ÔringingÕ tone will be heard and the call may be completed using the
BRAT-1 as a normal handset.
The LCD display will show software version
Followed by R = Restricted N = Normal
and menu item selected

Use the key pad to enter subscriber
number.
