3. TROUBLESHOOTING
The Troubleshooting chart covers most of the difficulties that your
may encounter under normal working condition. Should the UPS
fail to operate properly, please proceed the following before calling
for service:
Is the UPS plugged into an incorrect wall receptacle?
Is AC input voltage within specification?
When calling for service, please offer the following information:
1. Model No. and Serial No.
2. Full description of the problem occur, including condition
happened.

TROUBLESHOOTING
AC fuse blown.
Power cord in loose.
Main Switch is not “on”.
Replace AC fuse with same rating.
Connect AC power cord to wall receptable properly.
Turn on main Switch.
No light, no alarm
UPS is over loaded.
Turn off UPS and unplug excessive loads
from UPS.
Power output is normal. UPS emits
long beep.
Battery is not fully charged.
Battery is out of order.
Charger is defective.
Please recharge the battery for at least
6 hours. Should problem remain, call for
service.
Less backup time
