Print an End-of-Day Electronic Journal Report
You can print the Electronic Journal Z report at the end of the day. This
report prints all transactions and clears the memory.
To print in the Z Mode

Turn the Mode key to the Z position.

Run the normal end-of-day reports, including a standard Z Report by
pressing the
Amount Tend Total
key while in Z Mode.

Using the round Number keys area, press
96
to print the Electronic
Journal record.

Press the
Amount Tend Total
key.
The Electronic Journal record prints and the Electronic Journal memory
is cleared.

If you see a
EJ - FULL ERROR
message on the cash register, go to EJ
-FULL Error on page 100 for help on what to do.
Check the Electronic Journal Memory
To check the current status of the Electronic Journal memory for the
number of lines used in memory and how many lines remain free:

Put the PRG key in the Mode key slot and turn it to either the REG1 or
REG2 position.

Press the
QTY/DATE
key twice. The first press displays the date only.

The memory status with the number of lines that the memory can still
accept appear on the operator display.
