REAR BRAKE PEDAL FREE PLAY ADJUSTMENT

MINOR MAINTENANCE TIPS

The recommended brake pedal travel is 20 to 30 mm

Adjuster Location as

shown in fig.

If  not,  Follow  the  below  procedure.  Disconnect

pedal return spring before starting the following jobs.

Loosen  the  lock  nut  in  master

cylinder  push rod  assembly.

Rotate the master cylinder push

rod anti clockwise to reduce the

rear  brake  pedal  free  play  as

shown in fig.

Rotate the master cylinder push

rod  clockwise  to  increase  the

rear  brake  pedal  free  play  as

shown in fig.

After Adjustment tighten the lock

nut in master cylinder push rod

assy.

Connect spring to brake pedal.

NOTE

In  case  found  difficulty  contact  Royal  Enfield

Authorised  Dealer.
