CLEANING
* Before cleaning, remove the feed by emptying the troughs through the cleaning hole.
* Wrap the motors and the electrical components in a plastic bag to protect them from the high pressure cleaner.
* Consult your supplier before using any aggressive detergents or disinfectants.
* Avoid rusting of the auger and the feed troughs after cleaning with water. Let them dry well. Slightly oil them if
necessary.
* The BRIDOlay system operates fully automatic :
Set correct running time to make one complete round. (Speed of
auger = 22m/min. Optional : 30m/min)
* Set feed level at 70--80% of the auger height.
* Advice: number of feeding cycles: 3--5
* Program a stimulation meal (if necessary).
* Program a start impulse if there is no roost above the feed trough.
