1. Product Description
1.1 General
The powerful patio heater with 2000 W is a universal appliance for use indoors and out-
doors. The temperature can be set infinitely using the rotary knob, allowing a pleasant heat
to form without preheating. The appliance can be adjusted for both height and at the hea-
ting head. Thanks to the stable base, it is especially convenient and safe in use. No matter
whether garden, patio or pavilion use - this radiant heater always allows you to provide
pleasant heat for you and your guests without spoiling a cozy atmosphere.
1.2
Type plate
The type plate of the appliance with all relevant technical data is attached on the rear of
the heating head.
1.3
Area of application and intended use
The patio heater is constructed according to the state of the art and the recognized rules
of technology. Nevertheless, improper use or use other than that intended can result in
hazards to the life and limb of the user or third parties or damage to the appliance itself
and/or other tangible assets.
This electrical radiant heater is suitable for heating the ambient air and
is designed for use indoors as well as outdoor areas protected from the weather. The heat
is generated by the heating tube and given off to the surroundings.
A different use or a use extending beyond this is deemed to be improper. The user
shall bear the risk. Proper and correct use also includes observance of the ope-
rating and installation notes as well as compliance with the maintenance terms.
1.4
Product safety
In order to avoid potential hazards in advance, the following safety devices have been
installed by the manufacturer as standard:
IP degree of protection
The appliance corresponds to degree of protection IP34. Only operate these appliances
in a horizontal position. The appliance is protected against penetration by foreign bodies
larger than Ø 2.5 mm and against water splashed from all sides.
