HAIR IS NOT PROPERLY SMOOTHED:
• Did you use the straightener in the correct direction? (steam output to the tips of the hair)
• Did you dry the hair 100% before use?
• have you selected the correct temperature? (see table on temperature ranges)

• if the water is below the minimum level, fill the tank and close the straighteners until steam is generated.

STEAM IS NOT VISIBLE:
