DIAGNOSIS OF THE MAIN ANOMALIES:
Se il ferro non scalda, verificare se:
•
arriva l
'
alimentazione elettrica al ferro che
solitamente
è
interrotta da un interruttore posto sul generatore di
vapore;
•
il collegamento elettrico del cavo d
'
alimentazione è
corretto.
Se il problema persiste, il tecnico specializzato deve
verificare se:
•
La resistenza elettrica è a massa;
•
il termofusibile è interrotto; nel caso oltre a
provvedere
alla sua sostituzione, si deve rilevare il
guasto che ha
determinato il suo intervento;
•
il cavo elettrico ed i cavetti di connessione sono
interrot
ti

Se il ferro scalda troppo:
Questo caso si determina solo in seguito a rottura del
termostato e a contemporaneo non intervento del
termofusibile. E' una possibilità molto remota che richiede in
ogni caso l'intervento dell
assistenza. Si suggerisce di
verificare più volte che si sia incorsi in questo tipo di guasto
e che non sia invece sufficiente impostare una temperatura
inferiore agendo sulla manopola (D). Nel caso la manopola
giri a vuoto significa che il finecorsa dello stesso è stato
forzato e si deve interrompere la stiratura e fare intervenire
l'assistenza.
S
e non esce vapore, verificare se:
•
si sta premendo correttamente il microinterruttore
(
E

•
accertarsi che il generatore di vapore sia in pressione;
•
accertarsi che il rubinetto dell'elettrovalvola sia
aperto
e
che questa funzioni correttamente;
•
il tubo vapore non è otturato da corpi estranei;
•
la piastra vapore è otturata da calcare o corpi
estranei
(la prova si esegue immettendo dell'aria a ferro
spento).
Se il problema persiste, il tecnico specializzato deve
verificare se il microinterruttore del ferro sia
correttamente collegato e operante così come
l'elettrovalvola del generatore di vapore.

In case the iron does not warm, verify if:
•
t
he iron power supply arrives, which is usually
interrupted by a switch on the steam generator;
•
the wiring is correct.
In case the problem persists, the service has to verify if:
•
the heating element is defective;
•
the thermal cut-off is interrupting the line. In this
case
besides its replacement, it is necessary to look for the
reason that caused the trouble. It is suggested to
change the thermostat;
•
the electric cable and the inner wires are not
i
nterrupted
and are properly connected.

In case the problem persists, contact the

In case the iron warms too much:
It happens only when the thermostat breaks and
simultaneously the thermal cut-off does not interrupts the
power line. The possibility that this happens is very remote.
In this case, it is necessary to call the service after having
verified whether you are having this kind of trouble or you
just need to select a lower temperature by the knob (D). In
case the knob idles, it means that the thermostat has been
forced and it is necessary to stop the ironing and let the iron
to be immediately serviced.
In case the iron does not steam, verify if:
•
you are correctly pressing the microswitch (E);
•
the steam generator has reached the correct working
pressure;
•
the steam re
g
ulator of the solenoid valve is open
and the
solenoid is properly working;
•
the steam hose is not occluded by foreign bodies;
•
the iron base is not occluded by limestone or
foreign
bodies (the proof is carried out by blowing inside the iron
when it is cold and electrically insulated).
In case the problem persists, the service has to verify if
the microswitch of the iron is correctly connected and
operating as well as the solenoid valve.
For any other problems contact the

servicing by unauthorized engineer causes the lost of
warranty.
