Problem
Remedy
The shading solution does not auto-
matically move up in the morning.
After moving downwards in the even-
ing in response to the twilight func-
tion, the shading solution does not
automatically move up on the follow-
ing morning.
The shading solution must be raised
manually. If automatic upward move-
ment is wanted, a transmitter with a
timer function must be used. This
can automatically raise the shading
solution according to a switching
time or the astronomical function.
The shading solution always stops at
the same place on the downward dir-
ection.
When the light sensor is operating
automatically, the shading solution
always stops at the same place in a
downward direction, and does not
reach the sensor.
An intermediate position has been
programmed. To clear it, take the
shading solution to the upper limit
position, then press the down-button
on the hand-held transmitter twice in
rapid succession (double-tap). The
shading solution runs to the interme-
diate position. Then press the stop
and down buttons at the same time
and hold them down until the drive
clicks twice. The intermediate posi-
tion is now deleted. The next time,
the shading solution will travel down
until the sensor is reached.
The shading solution moves upwards
too soon.
Although the sun threshold has been
set properly, the shading solution
moves upwards too soon in the sun-
light.
Position the sensor in such a way
that nothing casts unwanted shad-
ows on the sensor, or remove the
reason for the shading.
The shading solution does not move
down at twilight.
The twilight function does not move
the shading solution down.
Adjust the twilight threshold, and
make sure that no external light
sources are affecting the sensor.
