Raising anchorage weights against wind uplift
• Lay out sufficient concrete slabs (not included in the scope of delivery) as loading material on the flat roof near the installation
location for the flat roof trestle (for required total weight see Tab. 3-3).
3.2.1 Installing basic package
Collector V26A — basic package FD260 for 2 collectors
Collector H26A — basic package FD200H for 1 collector
1.
Level collector field and mark out the installation location.
– A defined roof area is required per collector:
V26A: 2.00 m x 1.37 m,
H26A: 2.13 m x 1.27 m.
Overall dimensions of the collector field (according to Fig 3-1 and Fig 3-2) are summarised in Tab. 3-1.
– Erection of the collector field to the midday sun (to the northern hemisphere in a southward direction, to the southern
hemisphere in a northward direction).
2.
Locate the setting angle for the collector field. As illustrated in Tab. 3-2
, there are 7 possibilities in the range of 32° to 56°.
Use standard concrete slabs e.g. lawn marginal tiles of 1 m long.
In setting angle of 32° to 48°, all support angles of the flat roof trestle must be cut to length according to
Tab. 3-2 (Fig 3-4 and Fig 3-5). Length variation of support angles for angles 52° and 56° is not necessary.
