SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
o
To use this appliance, completely uncoil the supply cable and lay it out in such a way
that it does not come into contact with the appliance. Only use a three phase ex-
tension cable.
o
The appliance must be placed at a distance of at least 0.5 metres from furniture and
walls. Make sure that there is an even greater distance from the outlet grille, at
least 1.0m.
o
Never stand the heater on long pile carpet.

HOW TO USE YOUR FAN HEATER
o
LEFT control knob:
§
You can use the left control knob for the following settings.
Fan switched off
Heating switched off (cold air)
Heating switched on (750 W)
Heating switched on (1500 W)
o
RIGHT control knob:
§
Thermostat = regulated operation, fully adjustable temperature control from
approx. 5°C to 35°C.
§
Turning the control knob in a clockwise direction increases the room temper-
ature. Once the set room temperature is reached, the control unit automati-
cally switches the appliance off and then switches it back on again when the
temperature cools down again.
§
CAUTION
! Never turn the control knob further that the marked limit, in either
direction.
o
The warning light is always lit up when the appliance is operational.

CLEANING AND CARE
o
Always unplug the appliance before carrying out any work!
o
Set all the controls and switches to "0" and let the appliance cool down.
o
Never immerse the appliance in water. Only use a damp cloth to wipe the outside of
the housing. Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
o
If there is an accumulation of dust and fluff in the appliance, we advise you to re-
move it with a vacuum cleaner.
o
Never stick an implement or object inside the openings of the appliance.
