CLEANING AND CARE

You must always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
o
The sliding carriage (8) and food holder (7) can be removed. Remove the blade as
described above.
o
The blade, sliding carriage and food holder can be washed. The housing for the motor
must never come into contact with water. Only wipe it with a damp cloth. After the
individual parts have been dried, you can reassemble the food slicer.
DISPOSAL
o
For proper disposal, the unit is to return to the dealer, the service agent or the com-
pany Rotel AG.
