HOW TO INSTALL DOUGH HOOKS/DOUBLE BEATERS
Dough hooks
o
Insert hook (a) into the bigger accessory slot at the bottom of the hand mixer.
o
And then insert hook (b) into the smaller accessory slot at the bottom of the hand
mixer. Make sure the hooks (a) and (b) are locked in place. (See above figure)
Caution:
o
Only hook (a) has a marking ring.
o
It is suitable for kneading the dough, such as the dough for making dumpling, noodles.
o
To remove dough hooks: Firstly switch the speed
(A) back to “0”, secondly press
“Eject key”.
Double beaters
o
Insert the double beaters into the holes at the bottom of the hand held mixer. Be
sure to make the double beaters locked in place. (See above figure)
o
Caution
：
o
It is suitable for beating egg white, cream and mayonnaise.
o
To remove whisk: Firstly slice the speed switch (A) back to “0”, secondly press “Eject
key”.
