Functionality
During the cooking with induction the heat occurs direct on the bottom of the
cookware.
Bottom of the cookware (1)
The magnetic fi eld generates eddy currents in the bottom of the cookware, which
heat the magnetical bottom of the cookware very quickly.
Glass ceramic surface (2)
The few heating of the glass ceramic surface, comes only from the cookware-bottom
heat emission.
Induction coil (3)
Instead of an heating coil, there ist a induction coil behind the glass ceramic surface,
which produce a electromagentic alternating fi eld.
In practice the induction cooking is comparable with gas cooking:
• accurately adjustability
• no heat reservoir
• rapid heating
