Do not operate the machine in a temperature below 0°C.
Operating:
•
Do not use the machine if the main switch does not work properly.
•
Always unplug the cable from the power outlet when performing controls, storing
or maintaining the machine.
•
Do not overload the machine.
•
Unplug the machine when not in use.
•
Do not cover the vents of the machine.
•
Store the machine in a dry place out of reach of children and other people who
are not able to operate the machine.
•
Control the machine condition before operating. Control the moving parts, the
housing and the cable for damages and defects. Do not use the machine if
damages are found.
•
Keep the machine clean. This increases the ease of use and life span of the
machine.
•
Use the machine only for suitable operations it has been designed for.
•
Only qualified and experienced personnel should perform maintenance on the
machine.
•
Do not operate the machine if you do not understand the instructions or control
the machine.
•
Before turning the machine on, make sure that all tool keys and installation tools
have been removed.
3. MACHINE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
If the machine is not operated carefully, a fire risk is always present.
•
Check that the speed marked on the wheel is the same or bigger than the speed
of the grinder.
•
The size of the wheel should be compatible with the grinder.
•
The wheels must be stored well and they should be handled with care.
•
Examine the wheels before using them. Do not use damaged wheels or wheels
that are in bad condition.
•
Do not leave the machine unattended when it is on. Use the machine only when
you are holding it.
•
Make sure that the wheel is installed correctly and tight before using the
machine. Use the machine first for 30 seconds in a safe position without loading
it. Stop the machine immediately in case of defects. Control the machine for
possible defects.
•
Never use the machine without the wheel protector.
•
Make sure that the work piece is placed on a firm surface and that it is well
fastened.
•
Do not use wheels that have a bigger hub hole than what the machine is designed
for. Do not try to install the above mentioned wheels by using any interconnecting
parts.
•
Do not use cutting wheels for grinding.
•
Make sure that the sparks produced by the machine do not cause safety hazards.
Protect people and inflammable materials from them.
