Mob of Emus provides the ability to update its 
operating software via a WAV file. The latest 
version of software will always be available at 
the Downloads tab of the Mob of Emus web 
page:

http://www.rossum-electro.com/products/
mob_of_emus

Checking your Software Version

To check the software version currently in 
your Mob of Emus, use the Display Software 
Revision utility:

 and 

(while continuing to hold them) click the 

Preset 1

 button.

Option,

 the 

software revision number will be displayed 
on the Preset and Channel Selector 
LEDs. The major revision number will 
be displayed on the Preset LEDs and the 
minor revision number on the Channel 
Selector LEDs. So, for example, if current 
software is v1.3, the Preset 1 LED and the 
Channel Selector 3 LED would be lit.

If the version in your module matches the 
latest version on the web site, you’re good 
to go. If not, you can update to the latest 
version as follows.
