IMPORTANT NOTES! 

There are no user serviceable parts inside the charger. Do not open the charger by yourself. If 

the cord or wires to the crocodile clips become damaged return the unit for repair. 

Do not let the charger unattended for long periods of time.  

 

When the battery is being charged you may notice bubbling in the fluid caused by the release 

of gas. As the gas is flammable, no naked lights or smoking should be allowed around the 

battery, and the area should be kept well ventilated. Because of the risk of explosive gas, only 

connect and disconnect, the battery leads when the mains supply is disconnected. 

Never use the battery charger inside the car or  on the bonnet. 

Strictly follow the instructions of vehicles'  manufacturers  for the use of  battery chargers 

before using the charger.

 

TYPES OF BATTERIES 

These  chargers are only suitable for Lead-Acid batteries with an amp hour capacity not less 

than 20 Ah and should not be used to recharge Gel Cells, NICAD, NI-Mh or any other type of 

battery.   

DANGER! 

AVOID GETTING ELECTROLYTE ON YOUR SKIN OR CLOTHES IT IS ACIDIC AND 

CAN BURN. IF THIS HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY RINSE THE AFFECTED AREA WITH WATER.

ASSEMBLY

RBC320 , RBC520 and RBC620  will require some minor assembly before use.

Fit the wheels 

Connect the red (+)  battery clamp to the movable 

cable.

Connect the  black (-)  battery clamp to the fixed 

cable which comes out directly out of the battery 

charger.
