The third sub-field indicates the signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal from the satellite vehicle, and has the
following value range:
• 00 through 58 for the American GPS systems
• xx for a non-detected satellite
Configuration Menu
Figure 7.23 is an example of the Configuration menu.

The Configuration menu provides access to a range of features that determine the functionality of the SRG-4500 not
otherwise covered by other menu settings.

These options are typically set up during the system commissioning of the SRG-4500, and thereafter are unlikely
to be changed.
Changeover
The options in the sub-field appear as: Primary, and Backup.
The SRG-4500 can be installed with a partner SRG-4500 and an ACO-4500. In this configuration, one of the
SRG-4500 is defined as PRIMARY and the other as BACKUP. This menu row item allows the selection of
PRIMARY or BACKUP. The polarity of the ONAIR tally is also controlled by this selection.
LCD Brightness
This menu row allows the user to select the best LCD display parameters for the ambient lighting conditions. The
options are: 0% through 100% in 16 steps.
