Instructions for use in refrigerators 

and freezers:

Place the Gourmet-Thermometer in 
the refrigerator/freezer in the switched-
off mode. Take the thermometer out 
after 5 minutes and switch it on imme-
diately. The display indicates the in-
side temperature of the refrigerator/
freezer. In order not to distort the mea-
surement result, avoid touching the 
temperature sensor with your hands 
and fingers.

How to use the Gourmet-Thermome-

ter for frying and baking:

Open the oven, pull out the food and 
measure the temperature. The thermo-
meter 

must by no means

 remain in 

the closed oven.
