#1 METHOD
WORKBENCH
OPERATION
1. Place the machine on a shorter workbench in order to operate effortlessly.
2. Wait until the platens heat up to the setting temperature after plug-in.

. Load the prepared material in the center of the bottom platen.
4. Hold the armrest of the machine while pressing the handle down until hear
a sound of "click".
5. Hold down your hand on the machine pedal, and then pull up the handle
after time is up.
6.You need to re-press material after adjusting the pressure knob (
clockwise
to increase the pressure
) for a better yield.
7.
Remove the pressed material using heat resistant gloves or tools and
exercising extreme caution.

The PID control panels are used to set temperature for deal heated platen.
Please follow the steps below to record the desired settings:
1. Use “SHIFT” key to shift left and right position.
2. Press “UP” and “DOWN” keys to set the desired temperature.
3. Press “SET” key to record all control panel’s setting.The platens start heating,
and PV is now displayed on the screen.
Tips
: (1) We recommend loading 3.5-5g material at a time for a better result.
(2) The parchment paper is a must during the extraction, but filter bags and prepress
mold is optional. ( 2x4.5” pressing bags and 30mm cylinder/round prepress mold is
a recommendation; 2x4.5” bags allows cutting into half for double use.)
1. Operating the miachine on the ground is the first recommended method.
2. Wait until the platens heat up to the setting temperature after plug-in.
