Dip[Sag]/Swell Measurement
Half-cycle Refreshed 1-cycle RMS
RMS value for 1-cycle is measured by sliding in half-cycle interval. Time resolution of this 1-cycle RMS value is
half-cycle. By monitoring this 1-cycle RMS value, Dip[Sag]/Swell event is detected.

Dip[Sag]/Swell Detection
As it is defined in IEC 61000-4-30, Dip[Sag]/Swell of voltage is detected by monitoring the half-cycle
refreshed 1-cycle RMS value. Time resolution of Dip[Sag]/Swell is half-cycle.
