The coffee grinder doesn’t work
The coffee grinder motor has broken
Contact the service center
There are foreign objects caught up
in the coffee grinder
Unplug the coffee machine from the mains,
remove foreign objects from the coffee grinder
and wipe it with a dry cloth
Drinks pour slowly from the coffee
dispensing unit
The grinding is too fine
Adjust the grinding by setting it to less fine grind
The brewing unit is clogged up
Clean the brewing unit
The coffee machine displays a no-
tification that the brewing unit is not
installed even though it is installed
in the coffee machine body
The brewing unit has been installed
incorrectly
Check the brewing unit and reinstall it
in accordance with this manual
A small amount of coffee pours
into the cup from the coffee
dispensing unit
The water dispensing system is clogged with
the residual scales
Descale the coffee machine in accordance with
this manual
The milk is not frothing
The milk frother is clogged up
Fully clean the milk system and milk tubes
The milk frother is installed incorrectly
Check the milk frother and reinstall it in accor-
dance with this manual
The control knob is set incorrectly
Adjust the intensity of the frothed milk dispens-
ing the knob (15)
This type of milk is not suitable for frothing
For best results, use whole milk
Milk is not flowing into the frothing
and dispensing system
The frothing and dispensing system is
clogged
Fully clean the frothing and dispensing system in
accordance with this manual
The milk tube is installed incorrectly
Recheck the milk tube, it should be firmly seated
on the frother
The coffee maker display shows
the message that the used coffee
grounds container is not installed,
though it is installed to its place
The used coffee grounds container sensor
is blocked
Remove the used coffee grounds container and
thoroughly clean all corners of the container
area with the soft brush supplied with the unit,
and clean all outer corners of the container with
a dry cloth
The display shows the «Water
tank» icon
The water tank is empty
Fill the container with clean water and install
it in the slot behind the left door of the coffee
machine
The brew is too weak
The grinding is too fine
Adjust the grinding by setting it to less fine grind
To make drinks, dark roasted coffee is used,
which emits a larger amount of coffee oil,
the coffee grinder knives get dirty
While the coffee grinder is in operation, change
the position of the control knob. If the problem
remains, contact the service center
Coffee is not poured into the cup
The water tank is installed improperly
Fill the water tank and place it in the slot behind
the coffee machine’s left door, press on it until
bumping
The coffee dispensing nozzles are
clogged up
Clean the nozzles thoroughly with the supplied
brush
Water dispensing tubes for brewing coffee
are blocked
Carry out decalcination in accordance with this
manual. If the problem remains, contact the
service center
