BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature
keep it for at least three hours at room temperature before
switching on.
Before making coffee perform a test boiling cycle, using water
only, without adding ground coffee into the filter.
– Unpack the coffee maker and remove any advertising stickers
that can prevent the unit operation.
– Make sure that operating voltage of the coffee maker corre-
sponds to the voltage of your mains.
– Open the lid (5), remove the filter holder (3) with the reusable
filter (4) from the body (7).
– Wash all removable parts in warm water with a neutral deter-
gent: the coffee flask (2), the filter holder (3), the filter (4) and
the measuring spoon (9). Then rinse them and dry.
– Install the filter holder (3) with the filter (4) back to its place. To
do this, first match the opening in the body (7) with the filter
holder (3) and put the filter holder (3) into it. Make sure that
the holder (3) is fixed properly.
– Insert the filter (4) into the holder (3).
– Fill about one half of the coffee flask (2) with pure water.
– Open the lid (5) and pour the water from the flask (2) to the
tank (10).
– Close the lid (5) and put the flask (2) on the tray (1).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket; switch the coffee
maker on, setting the power switch (8) to the «I» position, the
light indicator in the switch (8) will light up.
– After the water tank is empty, switch the coffee maker off, set-
ting the power switch (8) to the «0» position.
– Let the unit cool down for 5 minutes and pour the water out
from the flask (2).
– If necessary, repeat the cycle 2-3 times.
MAKING COFFEE
Ready coffee is made by single passing of hot water through the
layer of ground coffee in the filter (4). The taste of the ready drink
depends on the quality of raw products, therefore we recommend
using well-roasted and fresh-ground coffee beans.
– Insert the filter (4) into the holder (3).
– Measure the required amount of ground coffee with the mea-
suring spoon (9) and put it into the filter (4). 6 grams of ground
coffee per one coffee cup is required on average; adjust the
quantity according to your taste.
– Open the lid (5), fill the tank with cold water up to the required
level. Determine the water level using the graduated scale (6)
marked in cups.
– Close the lid (5).
– Put the flask (2) on the tray (1).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket. Switch the cof-
fee maker on by setting the power switch (8) to the «I» posi-
tion, the light indicator will light up and the coffee maker will
start operating.
– After all water passes through the filter (4), switch the coffee
maker off by setting the power switch (8) to the «0» position.
– To keep the coffee hot, leave the flask (2) on the tray (1) and do
not switch the coffee maker off with the switch (8).
– To control the coffee strength degree, the coffee maker
is equipped with the water supply control knob (11) with
3 coffee strength modes.

Note: At any time, you can remove the flask (2) from the warming
tray (1) and pour yourself some hot drink.
Attention!
When you no longer need to heat the flask (2), switch the coffee
maker off by setting the switch (8) to the «0» position.
Water passes through ground coffee under steam pressure, so
when making coffee do not bend over the coffee maker, do not
open the lid (5) and do not remove the filter (4).
Do not leave the empty coffee flask (2) on the flask warming
tray (1), otherwise the glass may crack.
The taste of the ready drink depends on the quality of the raw
products, therefore we recommend using fresh-ground coffee
made of well-roasted beans.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
– Unplug the unit every time before cleaning.
– Let the coffee maker cool down completely and clean the
outer surfaces of the unit body with a soft slightly damp cloth,
then wipe dry.
– Use soft detergents to remove dirt; do not use metal brushes
and abrasive detergents.
– Wash all removable parts (2, 3, 4, 9) with warm water and a
neutral detergent, then rinse and dry, insert the filter (4) into
the holder (3), install the filter holder (3) back to its place.
– Do not immerse the coffee maker into water or any other liq-
uids.
– Do not wash the coffee maker in a dishwashing machine.
