Care and Maintenance 

 

 

Do not allow clients to pull on the cable. 

 

Do not immerse the unit in water. 

 

Change the batteries when operation becomes erratic. 

 

Remove the batteries when the Bear is not in use for prolonged periods.   

 

Do not use rechargeable batteries, and do not mix old and new batteries.

Troubleshooting 

 

Problem: 

the Bear will not move or make a sound: 

 

 

Make sure your switch is properly connected (pushed as far as possible into the 
jack socket). 

 

Check the batteries and replace these as required. 

 

Make sure your switch is not faulty – check it with another switch-adapted 
product
