Detailed Description
The Mirrored Linelite Panel comprises a number of coloured flexible plastic strands that
can be safely handled. They are suspended in front of an acrylic mirror in order to
heighten the effect. The plastic from which the strands are manufactured responds to
Ultra Violet Light. This means that when they are subjected to low level UV light they
“glow in the dark”. The UV light is timed to come on for approximately ten minutes.
This length of time is adjustable. Press the button at the top of the panel to activate the
light. The source of UV light is a pair of UV LED lamps concealed at the top of the Panel.
These lamps are protected which ensures that they are inaccessible without the use of
tools. The strands are perfectly safe to handle, but should not be pulled excessively,
bitten or chewed. The strands are soft, do not break, do not become hot and do not
carry electricity. Use the Mirrored Linelite Panel in a darkened environment for
maximum effect.
