The digit "4" to the left of
the dot in the display fi eld
shows the number of portions
currently selected.
The digit "5" to the right after the
dot in the display fi eld indicates
the currently selected portion size
(powder quantity per portion).
b.) Operating mode “powder for coffee preparation“
This mode is ideal for use with fi lter coffee machines as well as French press
pots and offers an adjustable range from 1 to 12 servings. The powder output
is optimized for medium grinding degree.
In the display fi eld, the "coffee bean" symbol lights up to the right of the
number of the selected portion size.

c.) Operating mode “powder for espresso preparation“
This mode is specifi cally for the use of portafi lter machines and offers an
adjustable range from 1 to 2 portions. The powder output is optimized for fi ne
