Float & Pump Replacement

Floats Mounted Inside the Cabinet
NOTE: Water source must be turned off and/or disconnected to remove and
replace float.
1.
Remove the old float assembly from the cabinet wall.
Ensure electrical power has been disconnected and
water supply is turned off and/or disconnected.
See Illustration 4.
2.
Remove the Pads.
3.
Assemble the float valve lock nut and hose fitting to the bracket as shown in Illustration 5.
4.
Attach the hose to the float assembly as seen in Illustration 6.
5.
Attach the float assembly to the cabinet wall as shown in Illustration 7 with 1/4”x20x1/2” bolts and
nuts.
6.
Restore the water source and fill the reservoir. Ensure that the water
fills to the correct level.
NOTE: Water level in reservoir is normally 2-1/4"
1".
