element (2).
·Remove any packaging material that may be present.
·Clean the grill grid (1) and the grill tray (5) with a moist cl
oth.
·Turn the grill tray (5) upside down.
·Assemble the grill as shown in illustration 1.
·Pour 1.5 liters of cold water into the grill tray up to th

“MAX”
Mark.
Note: Pour in the water until it covers the grill tray underside. The water bath prevents
excessive heat radiation in the area of the standing surface of the grill.
Therefore you should always grill food using water.

. Operating Instructions:
1.
Choose a flat, safe and clean place for the cooker;
2.
Connect the cooker to the main supply and then turn the Heating Control Knob for
the temp desirable for the cooking;

Pour approx 1.5L cool water into the Grill T
