1. Connect the probe to the R&S

 

RTO oscilloscope and configure the probe as

described in 

chapter 2.1, "Connecting the Probe to the R&S RTO Oscillo-

scope"

, 

on page 16.

2. Short the signal pin and the ground pin together and connect them to the

ground of the DUT.

3. Start the auto zero procedure on the R&S
