PRePARATION
1.
The car should be on a jack in a well-ventilated place.
2.
Stop the engine.
3.
Attach the couplings to the brake cylinders.
4.
Switch on the compressor and place the hose close to the device
(the compressor should have a moisture filter)
5.
Pour fresh brake fluid into the reservoir of the machine.

1.
Place the fluid change device next to the vehicle.
2.
Remove the cap from the brake fluid reservoir and replace it with the cap provided.
3.
From the set of adapters, select the one that best fits the expansion tank.
In some cases, a universal cover (E1, F1 or F2) can be used when other adapters do not
fit. Secure the cover with the assembly cables and elements supplied with the adapter.
4.
Attach the reservoir cover.
5.
Connect the quick coupler (15) of the hose (16) to the temporary plug of the expansion
tank. Check that the ball valve (9) is closed (to the side of the hose).
6.
Start the change with the wheel that is farthest from the expansion tank.
Connect the bleeder hoses to the brake calipers on both sides of the car. Place the
drain lines in the used brake fluid reservoirs. Loosen the air vent.
7.
Connect the device to the pneumatic system through the quick coupler (8) on the
device.
8.
Set the valve (9) to the ON (vertical) position.
9.
Pull the knob on the pressure regulating valve (10) and, looking at the pressure gauge
(19), adjust the pressure with the knob to between 0.7-2.7 BAR (20-40 PSI).
Note:
Do not exceed 2.76 BAR 40 psi as this may damage the machine and hoses.
10.
Slowly open the ball valve (9) of the hose (16) on the master cylinder.
This begins the process of forcing new fluid and drawing the old one into bottles.
Check all connections for leaks. In case of leakage, stop the procedure.
11.
Depress the brake pedal quickly and release it slowly while fluid is being transferred.
Carry out this operation several times.
12.
When the bottles are full, stop procedure and empty the old fluid from the bottles.
13.
Repeat the procedure for the front brake calipers.
14.
After fluid change is complete, turn the ball valve (9) on the master cylinder to OFF
(sideways) and remove the hose (16) from the reservoir cover.
