Center Hub Assembly
1. If you fully tightened the screws and nuts connecting the Right

and Left Side Plates to the Base Plate, loosen them a bit to

provide working space for installing the Center Hub (16).

2. Position the Center Hub (16) between the Right and Left Hubs,

taking care to align the fastener holes/slots.

3. Attach the Center Hub (16) to the Right and Left Hubs, using

1/4"-20 x 5/8" Panhead Screws (4), Washers (17) and 1/4"-20

Lock Nuts (5). Work from the outside faces of the hubs, so that

the screw heads and washers are on the outside and the nuts

are against the flange of the Center Hub (16).

4. Retighten the screws and nuts connecting the Right and Left

Side Plates to the Base.

5. Attach the Hose Retaining Strap (18) to the inside face of the

Right Hub (6), using the #8-32 x 5/8" Panhead Screw (19),

Washer (17) and #8-32 Lock Nut (20).
