1. Mark the desired position for the vise on the bottom of your
workbench top.
2. Measure the thickness of the top at that location and determine
the longest lag screw length that will not penetrate through the top.
3. Drill four 1/4" holes as indicated on the template. Be careful not to
drill through your workbench top.
4. Temporarily clamp the vise over the pre-drilled holes and secure with
four 1/4" lag screws and washers.
