Monitor Panel
The monitor panel is located inside your Roadtrek above the second-row side entry door.
Power Sources
The monitor panel controls the 12-Volt DC power and water pump, patio light, voltage meter and the
tank gauges. (Picture 53.1)
12-Volt DC Power
The power to the 12-Volt DC outlets and appliances is controlled by the battery disconnect switch on
the lower portion of the monitor next to the battery voltage meter... (Picture 53.2)
* Note – Lithium
batteries must be on before 12-Volt battery disconnect switch will operate.*
The battery disconnect switch supplies 12-Volt battery power to the 12-Volt lights and other cabin
appliances. This switch must be on for any of the 12-Volt electrical devices to work. To avoid
discharging the batteries when your Roadtrek is not in use, remember to turn off three switches:
•
The 2 inverter switches - *Note – See description on page 54 and 60
•
The battery disconnect switch
When your battery disconnect switch is turned on, you will see your Battery Voltage Meter displaying the level of your coach batteries. When in the
off position, no lighting, 12-Volt appliances, 12-Volt electronics or 12-Volt plugs will operate.
