Troubleshooting
●
If you get the password incorrect while attempting to connect, either unplug and plug
the camera back into the computer or turn the camera power off and on again so as to
have the ability to re-enter the password.
●
If the
photo button
or
power button
are pushed
while the password screen is displayed
the camera will switchover to the main LCD viewing screen and enabling the use of all
the camera’s functions.
●
If the camera is
recording
(either audio or video) while plugged into a computer, this
means that the camera is not charging or unable to view any data on the camera. In this
case, unplug the camera, and turn the camera off. However, the camera is unplugged
while in recording mode
(either
audio
or
video)
the
camera
will
not
turn
off
.
●
If
the
camera
freezes,
hit
the
reset
button
(covered
in
Reset
the
Camera).
This
will
occur
when
too
many
buttons
are
pushed
simultaneously.
●
Reasons
for
the
camera
to
stop
functioning
are:low
battery,
card
full,
multi
buttons
pushed
simultaneously,
incorrectly
plugged
into
charging
base
or
computer.
●
PBC10
not
charging:
check
the
USB
and
port
to
make
sure
there
is
a
proper
connection.
