A:
Locking your phone’s keypad prevents accidental, or
unauthorized use of your phone. Please refer to the
instructions in this guide for locking and unlocking your
phone.

I am having
problems with call quality
. What do I
do?
A:
Because cellular signals travel in straight lines, hills,
mountains, tunnels, underground parking garages,
extreme weather conditions and other such interference,
can affect call quality. Check the signal strength
indicator on the phone display. If it is low, move to an
area where the signal strength is better and try your call
again.
Q:
People are
unable to leave me voicemail messages
.
What do I do?
A:
Occasionally, network upgrades may require you to
reset your voicemail feature. Follow these steps to
enable voicemail once again:
