To obtain warranty service, please complete these easy steps:
Contact Our Technical Support to receive an RMA number.
e-mail Road Mate DVR technical support to describe the problem and request a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your
return shipping address and a daytime phone number.

Ship the unit, along with the RMA number, to us.
Once you have received the RMA number, you need to include your RMA number in the shipping
address. You need will packed the returning item and ship the package (prepaid and insured) to the
following address and include the assigned RMA number: Please allow 5~7 working days to process
