supervision and Safety.
This is not a life saving device.
Set up instructions:
The
Safety Turtle 2.0
base should be placed in a window or area
(indoors) that has full view of the pool. The base must be within
200 feet (60 meters) of the furthest point of the pool.
Plug the power cord into the side of the
Safety Turtle 2.0
base
(see diagram). Plug the power cord into the power adapter. The
power adapter can be plugged into any AC wall outlet. The green
light will indicate the system is on (see diagram).
To test the system, dip the
Turtle
sensor into water, standing at least
ten (10) feet away from the base. The
Turtle
can be wiped off to
stop the signal being sent to the base. Press the reset button (see
diagram) on the base to silence the alarm. It will alarm for three (3)
minutes unless the reset button is pushed. The
Turtle
must be dry
or the alarm will start again.
TEST TURTLES BEFORE EVERY USE.
The base will show a red light (see diagram) when the alarm
is sounding.
