5.3.1 - PNEUMATICO
PNEUMATIC
L’allacciamento alla rete pneumatica si effettua attraverso l’innesto
rapido con un tubo di ø 8mm, da collegare al raccordo fornito in
dotazione con il ControlRiv.
Il tubo deve essere sufficientemente flessibile e soddisfare i
requisiti di sicurezza relativi ai prodotti in pressione.
The pneumatic connection is made by a ø 8mm hose with a quick-
release coupling, to be connected to the connector supplied with
the ControlRiv.
The air supply hose must be flexible and must meet the safety
requirements of the pressurised products.
5.3.2 - ELETTRICO

L’allacciamento elettrico della Macchina
(ControlRiv)
è realizzato a cura e responsabilità del Cliente.
Il ControlRiv deve essere collegato alla linea elettrica mediante l’alimentatore in dotazione (100-240 V, 50-60 Hz),
considerando le Leggi e le Norme tecniche nel luogo e al momento dell’installazione.
The electrical connection of the ControlRiv is made by and at full responsibility of the Customer.
The ControlRiv must be connected to the power line with the supplied power adapter (100-240 V, 50-60 Hz), and
according to Laws and technical regulations in force where and when it is installing.

Verificare sempre che la tensione di rete sia corrispondente quella di ingresso dell’alimentatore.
Per impedire fenomeni di interferenza elettromagnetica, controllare che l’impedenza della rete di
alimentazione sia inferiore a 0,35 Ohm.
Always check that the mains voltage corresponds to the power supply input.
To prevent electromagnetic interference, ensure that the impedance of the supply is less than 0.35
ohms.
5.4 - ALIMENTAZIONE DELL'ARIA
AIR SUPPLY
L'aria di alimentazione deve essere libera da corpi estranei e da umidità per proteggere il ControlRiv da usura precoce
delle parti in movimento; è consigliabile, pertanto, aria secca e non lubrificata.
The air supply line must be free from dirt and damp to prevent the early wear of the moving components of the
ControlRiv. You are therefore recommended to use dry air: i.e. not greased.
5.5 - CONTROLLI PRELIMINARI
PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Prima della messa in funzione del ControlRiv, è necessario eseguire una serie di verifiche e controlli allo scopo di
prevenire errori o incidenti durante la fase di Messa in funzione.

Verificare che il ControlRiv non abbia subito danni durante la fase di trasporto.

Controllare l’esatto collegamento del tubo dell’aria compressa all’attacco aria in dotazione al ControlRiv.
Before putting the ControlRiv into service you need to make a few inspections and checks in order to prevent errors or
accidents while starting it.

Check if the ControlRiv has been damaged during transport.

Check if the compressed air hose is perfectly connected to the air supply line.
