4. Attach the ends with two holes of the upper ladder
support tubes (1) to the bottom side of main side rails (2)
using four 1/4-20 x 2-1/4 IN bolts (19) and locknuts (22).
SEE FIGURE 3.
5. Attach the opposite ends of upper ladder support tubes
(1) to the backside of flared rails (6) using two 1/4-20
x 2-1/4 IN bolts (19), locknuts (22) and yellow nylon
washers (21). SEE FIGURE 3.
6. Attach the foot platform (4) to the upper ladder
support tubes (1) using two 1/4-20 x 2-1/4 IN bolts (19),
locknuts (22) and yellow nylon washers (21).

7. Attach the cross support (7) to the upper ladder support
tubes (1) using four 1/4-20 x 1-1/2 IN bolts (17) and
locknuts (22). SEE FIGURE 4.
8. Attach the ladder step (13) to the front side of flared
rails (6) using two 1/4-20 x 2-1/4 IN bolts (19), locknuts
(22) and steel washers (20). SEE FIGURE 4.
