Basic waffle recipe
Cleaning & maintenance
2 cups (500ml) flour
2 tablespoons (30ml) sugar
1 tablespoon (15ml) baking powder
1 teaspoon (5ml) salt
1 3/4 cups (425ml) milk
1/3 cup (85ml) vegetable oil
2 eggs
Pull out the plug and allow the unit to cool down.
Brush away remains from the baking surfaces.
Clean the machine only with a slightly damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive detergents.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together milk, oil, and eggs, gradually add milk
mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until just blended. Pour batter onto waffle baker.
