DESCRIPTION

1    Control box conduit is mounted on the bottom
2    Ground wires properly terminated to ground terminal
3    Shield wires properly terminated to ground terminal
4    Proper mounting fasteners used
5    All fasteners are tightened and secure
6    Input pressure is within desired range
7    Curtain tabs slide freely in extrusion track
8    Optional proximity switches are installed and adjusted
9

Curtain does not drag across floor while in operation.

10   Verify function of Open, Stop, and Close buttons if equipped with control box
11   Verify operation
12   Area clean of debris from installation
