Printer Installation
Note:
• Here, the explanation will use a Windows screen.
• If you have other software applications running, shut them down before installing the software.
• Before installing the printer driver, set the IP address for the IS700C.

Select [Start]-[All Programs]-[RISO]-
[RISO IS700C]-[RISO Printer Driver].
For Windows 2000, select [Start] - [Programs] -
[RISO] - [RISO IS700C] - [RISO Printer Driver] .
The Printer Installer starts.
Note:
• You can also start the Printer Installer by dou-
ble-clicking the [RISO Printer Driver] icon on
your computer’s desktop.

Click the [Next] button.
Note:
• When the [New printer driver from disk?] dia-
log box is displayed, select [Install new printer
from installation disk] , and click the [Next]
button.

Select [Search the subnet for con-
nected printers], and click the
[Search] button.
Note:
• Specify the IS700C.
• If the computer and the IS700C are not con-
nected to the same network segment, the
IS700C will not be found. Select
[Network
printer name or IP address] and enter the net-
work printer name or IP address to refer to the
IS700C.
• You can also select [Other connection] and
specify other connection method.

Select the printer name, and click
the [Next] button.
