The RTF full-height turnstile has two lateral uprights each with a barrier to the right and left of the upright and an overhead roof.
The cables are routed both in the right and left upright depending on the direction of installation of the turnstile.
The central rotor has a set of 3 polished steel arms.
As shown in figure 1 the turnstile consists of the following parts::

PRELIMINARY CHECKS
• Check that the installation surface is in good condition and that there are no depressions at the point where the turnstile is attached and therefore that the
surface on which the turnstile is placed is stable and suitable for installation. The use of an asphalt support surface is not recommended.
• During assembly, special precautions must be taken to protect the safety of pedestrians passing near the installation area, and an alternative passage for
pedestrians must be provided.
• Every installation and maintenance operation of the turnstile must be carried out by qualified personnel and in full compliance with current regulations.
• At least two people must be present when the turnstile is mounted at full height.
• It is recommended to use suitable lifting equipment to transport and lift the turnstile and its parts.
WARNING! Do not lean on the turnstile during installation and until installation is complete as there is a risk of tipping over.
INSTALLATION
Once the corrugated tube with a max. 32mm diameter has been laid and made to protrude by about 50mm, insert and run the power and control cables
(fig.4).
Figure 3 indicates the passage of the cables (C) according to the direction of installation of the turnstile, pass the cables on the upright closer to the
control unit.
Following the drilling indications in fig. 3, mark the references for the holes on the floor and drill with a drill with a 12mm drill bit to a depth of about
100mm.
Before fixing the turnstile to the ground, apply the chemical plugs and distribute the electrical cables inside the upright.
NB: Use only and exclusively stainless steel screws for ground fixing.
Then fix the base flange for the rotor and the two side uprights as shown in figure 5.
Pass the cables inside the upright closer to the control unit.
Using the M8 eyebolts already fixed to the mechanism, bring the roof in position, pass the electrical cables through the hole provided and fix the turnstile
roof using the 4 TCEI M10x90 screws (fig.6) and the corresponding oversize washers supplied.
As shown in figure 7, apply the two parts of the side barrier and fix it with the TBEI TX M10x25 stainless steel screws supplied.
Then fix the anti-trapping bars with the same screws used for the barriers (fig. 8).
Before fixing the second barrier (fig.10), it is advisable to apply the rotor with three arms, paying attention to the direction of application of the cylindrical
coupling half (fig.9). Finally fix the coupling half using the 6 TCEI M8x45 stainless steel screws supplied.
Once the installation procedure is finished and after wiring the CP.RT control unit, apply the cover to the roof and fix it with the 6 TBEI TX M6x16 stainless
steel screws supplied.
