2.4 Correlation algorithms
2.4.1 Linear correlation
Linear correlation is used primarily to obtain an equivalent modulus on a restrained
modulus value range and for a given platform.

Coefficient K is typically comprised between 1 and 2.
Coefficient K have to be determined by the user. A common procedure is to perform
correlation trial test to determine the K coefficient that is adapted to a particular ground
material thickness and treatment.

The linear correlation is often used in large platform or road site where material and
thickness does not change.
