Set the oscilloscope to AC coupling mode and set the bandwidth limit to 20 MHz. 

Enable the cursor measurement function and measure the value of t (namely 

Δ

X) displayed on the screen, as shown in the figure below.

Press 32V/5A at the front panel and repeat steps 1 to 5 to test the transient 
response time at 32V/5A scale.
