COMBUSTION MAMAGER CM222
The Combustion Manager CM222 is a microprocessor-controlled gas burner safety control system designed for use with forced draught modulating
gas burners.
OPERATION
The range-limits of the potentiometer are expert parameters. Adjustments of the potentiometers are immediately active in all program steps.
To deactivate the potentiometers set the minimum limit and the maximum limit of each potentiometer equal.
Then these equal values are the active setpoints.
The values of the min. capacity potentiometer and the max. capacity potentiometer are the limits for the modulation of the burner capacity. These
limits are used during program step ‘Burner operation’.
The value of the max. capacity potentiometer is also the setpoint for the prepurge speed.
The value of the start capacity potentiometer is the setpoint for the burner capacity during program step ‘Ignition’ and ‘Flame stabilization’.
ERROR CODE
If the burner control is in lockout the error code is shown in the display as a blinking number. The following error codes will be displayed as a blinking
