5.9

Gas feeding

The gas train must be connected to the gas connection 1) (Fig.
19), using the flange 2), gasket 3) and screws 4) supplied with the
burner.

The train can enter the burner from the right or left side, depend-
ing on which is the most convenient, see (Fig. 19).

The gas solenoids must be as close as possible to the burner to
ensure that the gas reaches the combustion head within the safe-
ty time of 3s.

Ensure that the maximum pressure to the burner is within the cal-
ibration range of the pressure adjuster.

5.9.1

Gas train

The train is type-approved in accordance with EN 676 and sup-
plied separately from the burner, with the code indicated in Tab. J.

NOTE:
See the accompanying instructions for the adjustment of the
gas train.

Explosion danger due to fuel leaks in the pres-
ence of a flammable source.

Precautions: avoid knocking, attrition, sparks and
heat.

Make sure that the fuel interception tap is closed
before performing any operation on the burner.

WARNING

The fuel supply line must be installed by qualified
personnel, in compliance with current standards
and laws.

WARNING

Make sure that the gas train is properly installed
by checking for any fuel leaks.

Make sure that there are no gas leaks on the
pipes between the gas meter and the burner.
